Miyuki is one of the oldest Japanese manufacturers of seed beads. They are round beads and of excellent quality. The beads are almost all uniform in shape and the color is already mixed into the bead, whereas with ordinary seed beads it is often a layer of paint. So they also last longer.
Perhaps you know its famous sister, the "delica bead"? This one is cylindrical and also often seen in jewelry.
